To make these tacos, you will need to refer to my Simple Pulled Pork recipe and Tangy Napa Cabbage Salad recipe or feel free to use pulled chicken, fish or beans in place of the pork.
Makes 4-8 tacos

Tangy Napa Cabbage Salad (click link for recipe)
4-16 Corn tortillas (you can double up the tortillas to get a stronger shell)
Warm the tortillas in a hot pan until they get pliable and lightly speckled browned. Fill tortillas with pork and cabbage salad.
Make extra Tangy Napa Cabbage Salad dressing to drizzle on top
Add a few dashes of Cholula Original hot sauce
